FIGHT for your ACCESS to the MARINA!

WHEN: Wednesday Dec. 2nd @ 7pm

WHERE: 658 Venice Blvd. Venice, CA 90292

Community Room at Extra Space Storage Facility

WHAT: VENICE Planning and Use Committee Meeting

Homeowners in the surrounding neighborhood, Oxford Triangle, want to:

1. CLOSE OFF our pedestrian access at Princeton/Thatcher and Carter Avenues. This will prevent us from accessing the Marina, Admiralty Park, Washington Blvd., and the bike path, leaving busy Lincoln Blvd. as our only option

2. Remove the Fire Gate on Thatcher and replace it with a solid fence.

3. Install a solid 6 foot high fence from the Thatcher fire gate all the way to Princeton.

These homeowners blame us for the rise in crime and graffiti in their neighborhood and want the residents here kept off their public streets. We are ALL equal residents is this area and should not be discriminated against just because we are renters or for any other reason.

We need as many residents as possible to attend and speak up at the City Planning and Use Meeting

TONIGHT Dec. 2nd @ 7:00pm at 658 Venice Blvd., Venice 90292

Extra Space Storage Facility - COMMUNITY ROOM

IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT, email our city councilman BILL ROSENDAHL to get your voice heard: Councilman.Rosendahl@lacity.org
