**Neighborhood Meeting: Wednesday, December 30^th,, at Chabad of the Marina, corner of Thatcher and Washington. Hours: 7:00 pm to ??

Rabbi Danny, a resident of the Oxford Triangle (so I don't know how impartial he is), is concerned about the estrangement within our community and has offered the Chabad big room next to the Sanctuary for a community meeting. This meeting is only for the residents of 3221 Carter Avenue (C4(OX)-2-4) commercial zone, and the R1 residential zone which includes Harbor Crossing gated community.

Mike Newhouse, President of the Venice Neighborhood Council as well as a land use attorney and a mediator, will chair the meeting.

**Hopefully by making these people acutely aware of what's going on they can make sure the Oxford Triangle residents and the Harbor Crossing residents DON'T GET AWAY WITH CLOSING ANYTHING! We need to get our voices heard!
